Rudresh is an alumnus of The Scindia School, MBA (with distinction) from IMS, Indore (University teaching dept) Davi Aahilya University. PhD in Management from Barkatullah University Bhopal.
Rudresh has diverse experience in corporate, management education,
entrepreneurship, research and advertising.He has worked with few top notch Companies and education Institutions that
include Reed Business Information Mumbai, India Today (Living Media Group) Mumbai, Lakshmi Narain College of Technology Bhopal, ONICRA New Delhi, Impact Marketing Services Pvt Ltd New Delhi, Technocore Systems Pvt Ltd and White Sepal Services Pvt Ltd New Delhi.
He started his career in Media sales where he was extremely successful and was one of the top sales person, he was awarded best sales person with highest sales in country for Reed Business from where he Shifted to mainline media as Part of team selling space for India Today. Rudresh shifted to Bhopal with a strong liking for academics and joined School of Management, LNCT (leading egg. College in MP). He achieved success in his academic career and was promoted as HOD of MBA, was also responsible for all the group MBA colleges for academic and administrative activities.Rudresh was also actively involved in ‘Bhopal Management Association’ and other related activities. He achieved one of the best results and placements for the Institute.
Rudresh shifted to NCR to focus on PhD and to get exposure in Education and related Activities. Onicra was a consulting assignment to design framework of education rating business. Post Onicra he got an opportunity at Impact, a leading BTL agency, to drive a Women Entrepreneurship project “Streevijay” of NTC/Ministry of Textiles, to foray into the home textile market. The streevijay project was of direct relevance to his PhD on Women Entrepreneurship. Rudresh has also worked with Technocore & WhiteSepal to get an exposure with IT / ERP in education. He rolled out "www.feepal.in" that enables institutions to receive online fee payments. Feepal is an aggregation of online fee payments for school and colleges. PhD
Rudresh has done his PhD on‘Woman entrepreneurship – problems and prospects in MP’ (Reg- 07/10/09, RDC- 28/12/2010, Submission- 31/7/2013) Under Dr. P. K. Mishra Dean, Barkatullah University Bhopal Ex Vice chancellor DAVV Indore and Barkatullah University Bhopal. Entrepreneurship has been his interest area. Rudresh has been instrumental in setting up Entrepreneurship
cell in various colleges. He has also had experience of successfully running his own entrepreneurial venture.
Research
- Current Research Initiative - collaboration with Dr. Ashish Dwivedi, Deputy Director - Center for Systems Studies, Hull University Business School, University of Hull, UK.
- The main thrust of this research collaboration is joint research in the area of Women Entrepreneurship with the objective of publishing it in the HUBS research memoranda series.

Rudresh belongs to a family with a very rich heritage. his family holds the tital of 'Subedar of Taku' from MP. Rudresh is writing a book on his family history.
